As part of the Positive Discipline activities in our school, we have created a dedicated information board in the main hall to share updates with the entire school community.
The board presents key principles of Positive Discipline and showcases monthly themes and classroom strategies. In the staff room, we have set up a PD Information Board specifically for teachers. This board includes practical tips, monthly focus topics, and suggestions for implementing PD tools in everyday teaching. Teachers are encouraged to engage with the materials and reflect on their classroom practices. We have also involved the teaching staff in testing selected Positive Discipline tools during lessons.Feedback from teachers is collected regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies. These actions aim to build a supportive, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all students.
