These groups are facilitated by Mónica Freire and Teresa Correia and take place on Tuesdays from 2:15 PM to 3 PM and Wednesdays from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM. The purpose is to promote the exchange of experiences and strategies among educators, strengthening the school community and improving the effectiveness of positive discipline practices in classrooms. In the teacher groups, collaboration and mutual support are essential for addressing daily classroom challenges. The weekly meetings provide a safe space for exchanging strategies and developing new pedagogical approaches.
