Teachers Helping Teachers classes are conducted by trained teachers, Agnieszka Kazberuk and Emilia Fadejew. This pedagogical concept, based on mutual respect, bonding and the long-term development of responsibility and self discipline, is the foundation of our activities. During the meetings, participants discuss various strategies for children’s behavior, analyze the reactions of teachers and educators to given situations, and act out scenes that allow them to practice new skills. A key element of each meeting is to take actions to support and strengthen teachers’ responses, which contributes to more effective and harmonious classroom management.
